Tell us a little about yourself Hey everyone! I'm a wife and mother to 3 daughters (all 3 under the age of 4!) and this takes up the majority of my day. Sometimes it takes up ALL my day. I'm a qualified drama and dance teacher who taught herself photography whilst still at university. Water is my drynk of choice with chai lattes a close second. I love sunshine, cats and sidewalk chalk. My favourite thing to do through photography is to show people how beautiful they are and t

Hebrew Midwives
Imagine you are a Hebrew midwife in Exodus 1. The king of Egypt tells you that every time you deliver a baby boy, you are to kill him. You know this is because he is fearful that these boys will grow to be Israelite men who will overthrow the harsh slavery he has inflicted on their people. But you fear God, not the king of Egypt. You know that all life comes from Him and is His alone to give and take away, and so you disobey the king of Egypt, and you make excuses to him when

Why forgiveness is not a formula
I’ve never been good with equations or formulas – and I’m not just talking about the mathematical variety. I’m thinking more about those formulas you find in some Christian books whereby, if you read out a series of steps towards ‘freedom in Christ’ or ‘freedom from addiction’ and so on, you will have a good chance of experiencing lasting change. Don’t get me wrong – some of the formulaic prayers I’ve prayed have been powerful, and the Holy Spirit has ministered to me as I’ve

I am a mother of 3 teenagers who love the Lord. My favourite things are mission, nutrition and hospitality.
What's your favourite bible passage and why?
My favourite bible passage is Psalm 37v4 which was a verse that Sir Marcus Loane shared with me when I was a young shop assistant. He asked me a lot of questions, including whether or not I was a Christian and I ended up as a sermon illustration at KEC in 1993 and that was one of the things t

In God my Refuge and Strength
The moment that you accept that anxiety is a real issue in your life is a big step in managing anxiety. Earlier this year as I sought to accept this in myself I became significantly more anxious. In the past when I had periods of anxiety I had always ignored and minimised the anxiety as much as possible due to linking it with a specific cause or situation. But at the beginning of this year I was no longer able to recognise a specific reason for the anxiety and it was impactin

Tell us a little about yourself
We moved to Windsor just over 12 months ago and live in a little cottage on a quiet lane, near the middle of town. The trees are spectacular and I love sitting on our deck, taking in the view and thanking God for His amazing blessings. My amazing husband, Greg, and I have been married for 34 years and we share 4 children and 9 grandchildren.
What's your favourite bible verse and why?
One of my favourite Bible verses is Psalm 46:10 "Be still

Who are You?
I’ve faced many different seasons in my life and found myself countless times asking God “Who are you in this season?”. My heart is to share with you who I have found God to be in various seasons and I pray that you will see His heart for you in the season you may be facing.

Rest
My chosen form of fitness is doing aerobics, but when I’m short on time I do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). You do 20 seconds of a hard exercise (say plyometric lunges, or jump squats) flat out as hard as you can, then rest for 10 seconds and start again. They say just 4 minutes of this can be more beneficial than a stack of cardio, which is good, because I’ve never made it past 10 minutes without my lungs bursting and my legs burning. It’s intense! The ‘rests’ are
