We’re pleased to present our 2026 list of recommended podcasts - carefully selected for their commitment to biblical teaching and the presence of female voices.

Each podcast listed reflects a theological conviction that men and women are created equal in the image of God, and from the conviction that there is no prescribed gender hierarchy in Scripture.*

Our hope is that these podcasts encourage and equip you as you continue to grow in your understanding of what it looks like to follow Jesus and serve him.

*A small number of podcasts are included where hosts hold to a softer view of biblical roles and are marked with an asterisk.

The Better Question

Life rarely gives us simple questions with simple answers. On The Better Question, Kaitlyn Schiess explores the complicated parts of faith, relationships, church, culture, work, family, and everyday life. Instead of telling you what to think, she looks beneath the questions we’re already asking to uncover the assumptions, fears, desires, and pressures shaping our answers. Because sometimes the most helpful thing isn’t finding the right answer. It’s learning to ask a better question.

Others Worth Mentioning

Hear Women

Throughout history, women have often been relegated to the sidelines, subjugated by patriarchy, or prevented from exercising their God-given gifts at all. But women foster human flourishing in an array of spaces—as authors, pastors, and scholars. As artists, gardeners, and rock climbers. As friends, parents, and conversation partners. And much, much more. This half of the church has a unique voice that the whole church needs to hear. In Hear Women, Tara Beth Leach, Dorina Lazo Gilmore-Young and Nijay Gupta engage in conversations that highlight the many ways that women are having profound impact in the church, their communities, and the world.

The Convocation Unscripted

Welcome to "The Convocation Unscripted," a free-wheeling conversation between Diana Butler Bass, Kristin Du Mez, Robert P. Jones, and Jemar Tisby. We are each scholars (three historians and one sociologist) who write about religion and its intersection with culture, history, and politics in America. We also each take our own Christian faith seriously and are deeply concerned about the future of both democracy and Christianity in the U.S. Most importantly, over the years, we’ve found ourselves to be not just fellow travelers but friends.

Faith Lab

What if Christianity could handle your toughest questions? Most Christians have never heard the depth of evidence that exists for the faith they already hold. Faith Lab changes that. Every episode, scholars like N.T. Wright and Tim Mackie explain what they've spent their careers studying about Jesus, the Bible, and the origins of Christianity, in conversations you can actually follow.
