Tell us a little about yourself I am married and have a wonderful husband and 2 children, 16 and 14, one who is on the autism spectrum. I work as a software engineer part time. What's your favourite bible passage & why? I love Phillipians 4v7-8. Knowing God's peace is standing Guard for those who Belong to Christ is very comforting. How do you keep your eyes fixed on Jesus? My Bible Study group helps me keep my eyes fixed on Jesus, studying the word of God, and supporting each other. What would you like the next generation of Christian women to know? From Philippians 3v13 forget what is in the past, and try as hard as you can to reach the goal before me. I have a tendency to let the mistakes I make discourage me, but try and remember to put them in the past and refocus, so would like to encourage the next generation to do this too. What's one thing that you love about your local church? I love the youth group my kids go to, the leaders are wonderful role models. What did you learn about God at a time in your life you found hard? My son was in hospital for about 8 weeks last year, and learned God was with me in the hard times. He provided a lovely Christian lady who's son was in hospital for support at a time when I needed encouragement. What are you passionate about? Encouraging other mums when God provides opportunities. What do you enjoy doing when you rest? I love card making and watercolours.
