- Tell us a little about you

I'm a happy wife to my best friend Thomas, Mother of 3 that I just adore and hope to have more, I work in the media; Tv, radio and print as well as motivation speaking to companies. I've recently started a platform called Queenhood, for the woman who knows her worth. Dual Olympian Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 swimming. Lover of the LORD and life.

- What's your favourite bible passage & why?

"For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth in hopes to find those whose hearts are truly committed to him" 2 Chronicles 16:9

I pray this over our children it convicts me every time knowing he watching and waiting to see if our hearts are truly open and there for him. Such a strong verse and not often used enough.

- How do you keep your eyes fixed on Jesus?

By praying daily, by being thankful every night as I fall asleep and every morning when I wake up my first thoughts are to the Lord. By knowing my life is nothing without him.

- What would you like the next generation of Christian women to know?

To not be a part of the world that is so rapidly changing. That narcissism is becoming huge and that you don't need to shout out you own credit, God sees what you are doing and he will make you shine if its aligned with his purpose for you. To not be anyone but who he made you. To know your value and worth so the wisest decisions are made.

- What's one thing that you love about your local church?

Everyone is there each weekend for the love of people and the Lord. That no matter what the weather conditions are like or what the week has unfolded church will still be on and people will still be smiling with open hearts.

- What did you learn about God at a time in your life you found hard?

His comfort and peace like a blanket over me. The importance of forgiveness. His soft but strong spoken word to me. That he will always be there through it all even the parts that are tough.

- What are you passionate about?

Lifting others up. Encouraging women and mothers. Cheer leading people on. Being a light and letting others shine. this is why I've started Queenhood to bring together women.

- What do you enjoy doing when you rest?

Closing my eyes hahah!!

Holidaying with my family. Its the time I'm most connected to the Lord and I switch off from everything else.
